Co-founder agent. This is not because of the Foundation canon but rather because SCP-173 and SCP-106 were the first actively harmful objects in SCP:CB. 34 years old. He was the first one to be met by future agent 173; after a short cohabitation they decided to find other anomalous people and discuss what to do with their lives together. During that, 173 decided the found a research organization, an idea 106 wasn't so happy about but agreed nevertheless. Nowadays he thinks this desicion to be the most important of his life. 106's position is the head of incoming staff and the personnel as a whole thing.
Agent 106's anomaly comparing to SCP-106 is minimized: he can get through absolutely any door, locked or not. The conclusion 'absolutely any' was made because no door could yet hold his onslaught, but no one can actually guarantee this ability to never fail. Lately his impact on various surfaces has been noticed, especially walls that are easy to break through. Agent 106 also spends very little time under direct sunlight despite his dark skin color; he describes this as being 'allergic to sun'.
Apart from being a co-founder, agent 106 is also the deputy director of DUOTR. 106 himself hopes that he'll never have to take the place of a director premanently, as agent 173 is his very good and close friend, and he values him as a person and a colleague. Agent 106 also has got some trouble remembering the events 6-7 years ago but he keeps it in secret.
